I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques with Hypnotherapy I find this to be highly effective for anxiety because it addresses both the conscious and subconscious mind. Here’s why this combination works well: 1. Reprogramming Negative Thought Patterns – CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, while hypnosis reinforces positive changes at a deeper subconscious level. This makes cognitive shifts more lasting. 2. Enhanced Relaxation & Emotional Regulation – Hypnosis induces a deeply relaxed state, lowering stress levels and making it easier for individuals to absorb and integrate CBT strategies. 3. Increased Suggestibility for Positive Change – In hypnosis, the mind is more open to positive suggestions, allowing CBT techniques like reframing negative thoughts or boosting self-confidence to take stronger hold. 4.
